Welcome to Khelo 24 by 7. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the app.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years of age to use our app and participate in any games or promotions offered. By using our app, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.

2. Account Creation
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

3. Game Rules
   All users are expected to follow the rules of the games offered within the app, including Classic, Timer, and Tournament modes. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in account suspension.

4. Referral Commission
   Lifetime referral commissions are subject to compliance with the app’s referral program guidelines. Fraudulent referrals or misuse of the referral system will result in disqualification from the program.

5. Withdrawals
   Cash withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after a successful request. However, delays may occur due to bank processing times or third-party payment providers.

6. Termination of Service
   We reserve the right to terminate your access to Khelo 24 by 7 at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms
   We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated terms.
